Jannie Roemeling

Jannie Roemeling is director of Roemeling Projectleiding.
Graduated as social pedagogue at the University of Groningen.
She worked 25 years on innovative actions in: adult and secondary vocational education, employment strategies, international cooperation in vocational education (coordinating the Dutch Leonardo da Vinci programme), worklife balance.
Until mid 2005 she worked in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.
Now she helps developping european projects. For example the exchanging of methods and experiences to promote and sustain female entrepreneurship.  
 

Advice and project management
She is an expert in project leading, gender and diversity issues, connecting people and organisations, interactive policy making, mainstreaming, organizing (European) seminars and workshops.
She is currently involved in European projects on transnational placements for students in VET and on promoting entrepreneurship as a work option for young students and for older (un)employed people.
